@@mariane5564 You have to hit the other person's hands and the first one to lose their balance looses. And the reason they move their arms like in the video is because it helps divert some of the force! It's pretty fun but if you hit too hard your hands might hurt.
As far as I can tell, the rules are stand arms length apart from your opponent and plant your feet close together. Use your hands to slap the other person’s hands or pretend to push the other person’s hands, in order to get them to lose their balance/step out of the planted position. The idea is to practice being quick and balanced and to learn to watch and anticipate your partner. First person to step off their initial position twice loses the match.
Owen hit 'em with the 'wax on, wax off.' right at the end there. this seemed like a really fun exercise. like i can see how it could be a 'workout' on both a mental and physical level.
