What is the weather situation in Ocala? I know it’s more inland than the coast. But Florida with all its hurricanes and flooding has me worried. Especially the ridiculous insurance costs. I considered buying a new construction build in 34472 area.
@@FoamandStuff Hi, I would say it’s definitely way better then many other counties and we don’t have much flooding here. Overall it’s pretty safe and insurance is much less here. New construction is about 800-1,000 a year. Feel free to call me anytime @ 386-872-8308 with any other questions!
