I'm just learning about the new verb, "dupe". LOL. Great job! I'm a 70 y.o. grandma and I've been copying store bought items for years. I love the challenge, and it's so fun! And I refuse to pay the ridiculous prices, when I know I could make it for way less money. Good for you for taking on the challenge! ❤
My mom used to work in a warehouse that made florals for Ames, Macy, jc penny decades ago.. She would build the items and put them together. Come home covered in glitter from making crafts all day. It's makes me smile knowing I try to dupe things she would actually MAKE the stores sold many years ago for those high prices.

It took three times of backtracking to figure out why you hated the beginning of the first tree on the hurricane glass, and like you, I saw it. But what I didn't realize was that you can mix glitter INTO paint. I always thought you had to sprinkle glitter ON top of paint. Once again, you LEARNT me a little sumpin-sumpin.
Brandi, Gurl! That beaded wreath you made is everything. Way better than the Kirkland inspiration wreath! I know you struggle with florals but your piece looks like you could teach a master class. I’m very impressed.

Great ideas and executed really well. Were you the youtuber that used a fan brush to paint realistic pine tree branches on glass or canvas? I think that would have worked well with the tree you painted onto the vase. And maybe add more paint to the mod podge? Just a thought. I think I'm going to try a couple of these, especially the wreath since I also have that beaded wreath already and the rest of the supplies. Thank you for the great inspiration! Rose

O was looking at the bottom of the bell stands of the original & thought to get it even closer, you could have used the little trays for terracotta pots since they flare out that way. Just a thought.

P.S. sure wish i could paint half as good as you.
But I didn't. I glued them according to the way the bells allowed me to lay them after they were hammered. I tried to explain this in the video. The side with the notch would only bend flat. I needed the curved side to hold the bell that sat on top. Only so much you can dupe recreating something with obstacles
