My father was lying in hospital in his last week , I had the honour and privilege to play him this song, brought tears to my eyes and the same with him. Come as you are, Jesus love us all... my wife had the honour to pray the sinners prayer with my father a little while before he passed on and went to be with The Lord...awesome.

My dad passed away in March of this year. This is the first song that played in my car from his passing, the CD I almost never purchased. It rang such a melody in my heart as my father was in a lonely nursing home suffering with alziemers. He had been a pastor for over 30 years of his life. I miss him SO much but I know he wouldn't want me mourning but praising God that His love has lifted him from his dark world and this current dark and dreary world. This song speaks to so many. You have a sure gift and I hope to come on Friday the 4th to sing praises to Him with everyone that will be gathered in Taylors, SC. God bless.

I'm very pleased to know I'm not the only one that loves😊😄the song but when last did you played it.
I am 65 years old and I got saved in 1985 into a Charismatic church. This type music, what I have become hear it called Contemporary Music, was barely beginning to be played and sang by our choir and musicians. I left that church and went to another one in another town and Contemporary Music was played and sang every Sunday. I love it and if this will reach the young people that are bored with the older type of music, then never let it leave your church choir and tell the music director and pastor to never let it leave the church...

Its good that you love music., but it must be the word of GOD that we have to love the most., more than music. Yea, i too love this kind of music.. We must be able to choose a church where the "word" is being told powerfully by God's chosen servants. Young people today are being lead to the churches for having nice time., listening to rock band music., shouting, to spend their time in church as it is sunday., to be a part of a choir goup & sing songs... etc. Most of us(youth) dont realize how important is God's word and the teaching of the HOLY scriptures..... Yes, older type of music is boring, but still if the word is being explained correctly., as required for our lives., we should never leave such a church.

I often times find myself asking the same question it's a very good question, I still wonder about that myself. honestly I cannot answer that question for you though, this is a question only the one who made you can answer, one God the creator can answer. Psalm 147:4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names. he made each star and he knows all of them by name. He know all of his creation, the animals the birds the bees, and the plants, oceans, rivers lakes, and streams as well.
He knows what what we are here for, I am guessing you have some people he has put in your life, things are all about us either, one of our purposes is to love, when we love one another we show the character or God, of Jesus
i know this is quite a lot of writing, Remember what Jesus mom said to him about what about your mom and your brothers. He said he who does the father's will is my brother and sister. another of our purposes are to do his will. one day he will reward us for all the good we have done- john chapter 14 so keep loving people and helping them, and it looks like you love animals from the picture up there.
