We start with 2 fresh zucchini, which we first score lightly with a fork and then cut into thin slices (00:03). Then we rub the zucchini well with a little salt and black pepper and let them sit for 15-20 minutes (01:30). Meanwhile, we prepare the egg and cheese mixture that gives this dish its unique taste (02:10).
For the breading we need 100 grams of breadcrumbs, 50 grams of flour and a little paprika, which we mix well (03:16). The zucchini are then first rolled in flour with breadcrumbs and then brushed with the egg and cheese mixture (03:54).
