Your approach to teaching Russian seems really effective! I tried it on my own grandchildren.
Great lesson. Very effective way to learn a language. Thanks.
thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed this lesson with storytelling. I love stories so it makes sense. I answered much more quickly than in my 'grammar' based lessons and I had fun. Thank you so much.
Just incredible... I am understanding! Thanks so much!
This was a great approach - thanks very much, Denis for this video!
Storytelling lesson was excellent. Learned a lot in one lesson.
Thank you very much for this lesson, it's a completly different method from the others I always used, and also more funny. I'll see some of your others videos
Holy shit.... my brain clicked at 7:30 and i could start to clearly understand the conversation wow. i have only been learning for 2 weeks 2 to 3 hours a day, you have a really good technique. Thank you for posting this and pushing me to the next level. Still have no idea how my brain just clicked lol
Well this is not his technique. It's called storytelling and it's quite popular and effective for beginners. And the storyteller isn't supposed to tell anything in other languages like in this video, because students who don't speak English are lost
Great. I loved this lesson. Thank you.
Frances Swift Thanks for your warm words :) I'm glad you find my videos helpful. Stay tuned as there are new videos coming up. Oh, and there is a book I am currently working on, you can check out all the information here, if you are interested: www.learningrussianmarathonbook.com
Great learning device, thank you very much
Very nice approach, I like it very much!
Brilliant! Thumbs up!
Really beautiful. I didn't think learning russian can get more beautiful but with story telling it does! 💖
Totally agree! This is one of the most efficient and stress-free ways to learn a language!
Thank you from the heart thank you thank you thank you
Thanks a lot for this; whilst I am a beginner at Russian, I was able to answer all the questions quite quickly just by listening. I still use Duolingo and talk to natives to help me with the fundamentals, but I feel more confident about the conversational side to the language. On Duolingo, in the Labs section, they have stories in French, Spanish, Portuguese and German I think (I learn French at intermediate level) and they are really helpful as it makes you answer questions about what the read and helps your listening skills develop. Hopefully, they add more languages to be used for this feature, because I see this as a great learning tool.
Excellent! Thank you very much!
please post more lessons. they are awesome.
Very good and enjoyable спасибо))

That was good. Are there more simple little stories like that? You are effective and reach the beginner. Thank you.
Hi Kate! Thanks for your interest! Yes, there are 10 storytelling lessons in my course www.udemy.com/learn-russian-program-for-fluency
Wow! I love this lesson. So how could I do this again when no other teachers teach in this way? Are there any other sites or podcasts that teach in storytelling ways? Cheers from Egypt :)
Amr Shehata Thanks for your positive feedback! I'm currently working on an online free course for Udemy, which will outline common mistakes that Russian learners make and will dwell also on storytelling :) If you have already subscribed to my blog, I will be sending out invitations to join the Udemy course. La traducción del vocabulario está bien. Habla solamente en ruso y estará perfecto!!!
Very effective, spaciba.
How do u feel about students watching Russian language movies as a learning tool ?
It is a good activity. I suggest watching a short fragment many times rather than watching a long movie just once.
El tema es bueno; no obstante, hablas mucho en inglés!!!
thats a goofy intro lol pretty cool

When i go to this channel, I only know da nyet privyet and minya zahoot firdaus (i dont think that is how it is written). But yes I just follow him, keep nodding cluelessly, and suddenly say da damoe damoe, nyet bla bla. Damoe damoe. Lol
Sounds like you pronounce the "B" as an L instead of a V (for the word "girl"). Totally confuses me. Other than that this lesson seem to indicate a really efficient method.

Just watch Russian Dashcams on RUclips , Best way to learn Russian , although the first words anybody understand are Blyat and cyka . Lol
Good video! Now guys, try this!Перестаёшь верить в Бога, а вдруг он всё есть.
Он перестал верить в Бога?
[ДА] [НЕТ]
Whats the answer? ;)
+Sam Barlo Trick question?
The sentence have no sense, the question also don't
Anyway, the correct sentence will be: "... а вдруг он всё ЖЕ есть"
The question mention HE, but not the god, since "he stopped to believe in god?" But who is HE? the first sentence says "(when) stopping to believe, but what if he(god) exists?",note "stopping" and not "he stopped", that's why this does not makes any sense: first sentence does not contain an answer to the question.
Mucho BLA BLA BLA en inglés!!!
Не надо ставить на заставку медведя в шапке и балалайкой! Это странно выглядит... Не уж то все думают что мы говорим с медведями? Ужас...
