    Ingredients:
    Marinating lamb:
    1½ kg lamb
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    ½ tbsp salt
    2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    1 tbsp cumin powder
    1 tbsp garam masala
    ½ cup greek yogurt
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    Frying onion:
    2 tbsp oil
    1 piece onion large
    Soaking rice:
    2 cup rice
    2 cup warm water
    8 piece cardamom pods
    2 piece cinnamon stick
    8 piece cloves
    1 piece star anise
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp oil
    Topping:
    1 tbsp ghee or butter
    ½ cup coriander and mint leaves
    ½ tsp saffron powder
