I saw that as well. I thought it might be because the gps tracking did not work on the plane. I noticed they had been in the same spot in the town for a long time. If it updates infrequently, and they are already on the plane, that might explain it. Maybe it’s just wishful thinking. Maybe they found an excuse to bail out in the last moment. EDIT: He mentions in the video “everybody’s here”, that witsit and Jean was there, and that they had problems with the gps trackers.
Remember to give us some info in Antarctica that couldn't possibly be known during the summer soltstice, like last 10 Champions League and NFL matches. Flerf will argue that all was prerecorded. Cheers!

Just noticed FlightRadar says Union Glacier (UGL/SCHC) is using timezone NZDT (UTC+13 : 00). I suggest asking someone why they aren't using Chile timezone.
I suspect it is down to the timezone used by the people they will call upon in Antarctica. McMurdo Station are a big facility and they use it as they are supplied from New zealand. Amundson-Scott South Pole station also uses New Zealand time. Perhaps NZDT is the default TimeZone for Antarctica tourists.
There have been a bunch of statements/claims made by the flat earthers that would be great to get documented. It would be nice if you could get it on camera in the presense of at least one flat earther. I know you cannot "film" them but it they are present, they might try to get clarification which would be helpful. Here are some suggestions: 1. Ask one or more ALE staff if there are any prohibited or restricted areas in Antarctica and if so, why are they prohibited/restricted? 2. Ask one or more ALE staff if people can freely explore Antarctica as long as they get the proper approval. 3. Ask one or more pilots if the navigational maps they use are based on a globe earth. 4. Ask one or more pilots if they maintain altitude by pitching the nose of the aircraft up or adjust the thrust of the aircraft so that the lift equals the force of gravity.
How convenient they wouldn’t film the FE because they claim the FE is not allowing it but it then Keeps their narrative controlled and they delete all FE comments to keep people from seeing what we have to say.

They don't want to be filmed, in case, they say something wrong. There was a short clip of them trying to use a compass they couldn't figure out how to use. They did not show their faces.
