      Yes sir you can register the property legally there is no problem in it. Bec it is DC converted it's is not a revenue site. Only if it is revenue site it cannot be registered properly.

      @@kannadacitizen This is not true, sir. This will never happen, even if you are ready to pay betterment charges. No one can guarantee this through the concept called akram sakram. If it were possible, it would have been done before and sold or listed for a higher price.
      There are people I know who have individual plots/sites with 9/11 B Khata of ancestor property, and no one has been able to make it a 9/11A till now. When it comes to the BBMP limit, the possibility of making an A-Khata is a very rare case.
