"Cure for Me" addresses the widespread misconception that LGBTQ+ individuals can or need to be "cured".
Aurora, bisexual herself, challenges that view, stating that nobody needs to be cured for love and hoping there will never be a cure for human nature. In the same interview, Aurora dives deeper into the song, touching on the legality of conversion-therapy and personal shame for being oneself.
In the video she also addresses her own quirkiness (which we love) like for example head shaking, hand movements and eye expressions❤️
Aurora actually didn’t want to become an artist, but her mom convinced her that she needed to share her music, that she could help people with her music. She has certainly helped me❤️🦋

She’s not really talking about “conforming” at work, it’s more about being made to feel you’re at fault, or “not normal” if you’re in the LGBTQ+ community. She found it sad that people were forced to go through “treatment” for how they feel & who they love. Her answer was the neither she, nor anyone else, needed a cure for being who they were or loving who they love, and she’s 100% correct, we do not. We are perfect just as we are!

So many people thinking she used a line from another song when it's literally 3 notes. This happens accidentally probably on the daily with a new song. There's a limited amount of notes on the scale and our culture 99.9999% always uses the same. Even chord progressions are usually the same because of that.
