The song represents the backrooms well, this is because you can't really escape (or rarely escape) and the fact this takes place on level 0 makes sense to the overall atmosphere. Really good job man! Also like the use of the kane-pixel like visuals.
I agree about the song but not about "rarely escape". There is no way out of the backrooms.

this song is very unique, I really apreciate how they tried to give this song a special mood and symphony, the composition and the production are in the point and I really like the way its done, becouse it capts that annoying feeling of the backrooms but gives it a little bit of sparkle but keeping the horror. I'm just fascinated by the backrooms even though it's so simple. This song just gives the concept that perfect feeling, even when the whole tone of the song changes.

I keep coming back to this every once in a while. The breathy empty feeling notes are amazing. The key changes that feel like... Rotten? Somehow the ending makes me feel unsafe and that's exactly what it was designed for and I just... Actually so good even out of context.
1:48 Why is nobody talking about the intense music after he said "Sweet Home"? It's just so good and it's even better because the guy is running.
This really captured the feeling of loneliness, dread, and unsettling nature the backrooms give off, not the mention the perfectcapture of a person losing their mind over just walking through the same bland yellow backrooms seeming to be hopelessly lost but with the anxiety and fear knowing they arent alone. Great interpretation in my opinion.

this is the first horror concept/horror game song I've heard that actually sounds scary
was kind of worried it would be over the top hip hop with blaring synth and rap vocals about the backrooms, but having a genuinely unsettling tone and atmosphere really payed off, you captured the backrooms perfectly in a music form in my opinion
You should listen to fading by blixemi, not from a horror game but certainly a unsettling song.

That perfectly encapsulates what you would feel going through the backrooms. The flat notes and the spaces between lyrics are pretty nice. Especially when you go super low to capture the feeling of seeing the monster. Then, almost directly after, the high notes, the sweet release of death after so much suffering. Just an awesome song.

The chorus is absolutely insane, I love it's creepy and unsettling feeling and I love the scenery is blankness, I love how you can't see the people's faces and how it's dehumanizing them and I love how the monster appears behind the people, amazing work man!

The ending reminded me of a false reality that you can get yourself stuck in the bathroom sometimes and I liked how it said “can’t run anymore” because I’m pretty sure you can’t escape false realities. 10 out of 10 song.

The awkward high pitched shifts mixed with the distorted vocals make for an awesome yet chilling combination. Fantastic song, as usual.
The first verse was the best. The melody sounded almost relaxing, giving you false sense of security, but at the same time sinister.
The backrooms survived the CG5 syndrome. It was TikTok that killed it.
1:05 to 1:28 is no doubt the smoothest part. Those 23 Seconds was pretty much lyrical foreplay

Yeah, the important thing about the backrooms isn't the monsters. It's how they drive you insane until you just give up. If it was an anime it would be kind of like Death Note and Parasyte mixed. There would be action to keep you on your feet, but the purpose of the entire series would be dealing with how the mc spirals into insanity while trying to survive.

This song is incredible but it's interesting to me how different people perceive the backrooms! I always thought they were comforting and childish and nostalgic, while this feels more haunting. I don't know why the yellow walls make me feel safe, but they do!

The Backrooms were originally a place where there’s a slim chance of getting to. Like no clipping. It’s a maze that wears you down mentally and physically while creatures chase you down, Partygoers are the creepiest entity to me. There’s an exit door and the moment you think your finally escaping and you can see your friends and family again your in a new level, each level gets harder than the rest while entity’s get stronger and more aggressive, there are some ways out but your chances of getting out are slim to none. You travel and travel for what seems like years to you but could be an hour in the real world and any other humans you meet in the backrooms are either a skin stealer of a colony of survivors. There are whole groups of human survivors kind of like the infinite Ikea. After hundreds of levels and friends dying or being take by entity’s you see a library with “It’s The End” on its walls after wandering forever you see a door. You can finally escape after about 350 levels.

This song perfectly captures just how unsettling the Backrooms are portrayed as. A maddening maze if mono-yellow walls and moisture carpet, with the loud buzzing of overhead fluorescent lights, all the while strange, almost Eldritch beings roam the 'halls' just waiting to jump at you.
The strange, slightly-off timing of some of the notes gives off that similar unsettling feeling, and perfectly encapsulates the idea of the Backrooms as a place that is visually familiar, but is a distinctly alien space, and you can tell by that alone, that this is a place we were never meant to see.
