- Hello everyone
This video is about extracting silver metal from some old jewelry And then making silver nitrate from it.
Silver ornament is actually made of an alloy called sterling which has 92.8% silver and rest made mainly of copper.
This provides durability for the ornament.
In this video I have first extracted silver metal from the ornament and then I have made the salt
I forgot to add the chemical reactions into the video.
This video has been recorded and edited with much effort and difficulty. Lack of proper equipment and chemicals can make video look unfinished. I request your love and support in donations also.

I did this exactly how you did it, .. Only difference is my crystals are NOT disolving in water ... Why is that? ... Also when I add with water I put a few drips of Ammonia and still the water stays clear! .. Help please.
