I've been watching this again and trying to find like the earliest instance of possibly figuring out that there was another clone of 3650. I think it's right around 31 minutes when the rebel says "Another one of those elite combines." Like ".. wait why the heck is there another privileged unit here??"
I think one of the most awesome things about this game is that it looks like it does a great job of giving you the feeling of being the overpowered Combine and let you use all the fun weapons, but you still have a very real sense of danger and peril as you chase Mossman and your copy.
