When we say i am everything, it's because of awareness. The universe is created by awareness and it's within us.its just like salt (Physical form) and Ocean (awareness or consciousness), salt is a crystal form from Ocean. When it disintegrated , it returned back and merges with Ocean. So we are nothing and everything.
