@herminator65sf You are right! If I recall correctly, she was injured multiple times through the 1994-95 season and didn't have sufficient time to work on a new program. She only got well enough to train right before the Nationals a couple of months prior to this.

The music appears to be the same exact cuts as Midori's 1990 program. And if I recall correctly, they have the same coach - Machiko Yamada.
That truly was courageous. That was one scary looking fall. :-(
First time I've seen this - that opening axel attempt at 0:38 looked worse than Mao Asada's opening axel attempt at 2008 Worlds.
