Just Checked Sivir's Patch histroy as she was one of my favorite ADCs for the longest and I feel the same as QT about the Q. In patch 12.13 They Gutted her Q by lowering her Base AD to 58 from 63 and the Scaling. By level 3 in the ability it used to due 100% bonus AD , and at max 130%. After the patch it now does only 90% and max 100% bonus ad. No big changes since then to Q. R.I.P Sivir. She used to always have lower AD than a lot of adcs early but building something like IE first used to kinda fix it and by late game you would chunk fights with Q and W not anymore the only damage is in W and she now is a minimum 3 item champ who deals decent spread damage with W.
"i thought my q got buffed why is it doing nothing" riot doesnt want to support sivir q poke gameplay, if you thought it did 0 dmg now you shouldved played her last patch, you need 3 items to do dmg shes not an early game champ
makes sense to not even lvl Q on sivir anymore. May as well max out your w and go shiv plus collector. Auto attacks doing more than sivir q is useless. You can collect people with your aoe static shiv proc
@@Subvertgenoc collector ? No way, it's only good early and there are items with better stats. One lethality item isn't enough for the stat to be impactful
the removal of the extra range from lethal legit killed like half the adcc. Riot KNOWS this too and still did it because when they made lethal give that extra range they said its because they know most adcs cannot play the game due to low range and being super squishy so to combat that they gave them extra range for team fights. With that gone adcs cannot walk up or trade or do anything in fights without the fear of just blowing up. The worst part is the extra range from lethal wasnt removed because ADCS were to powerful its because yone and fucking yasuo abused that shit to oblivion.
@@deafdanny6299 the pro adc meta thats AP kaisi that spams W from a screen and a half? the jhin with static rapid fire? The ashe thats a support adc with a GLOBAL stun and E gives vision?
@@holyflygon You are hard coping... Ashe is a hyper carry thats why she is being picked. Same thing with Kalista and MF. Kaisa build is always hybrid not pure AP.

Kalista is the only true "hyper carry" left that doesnt hit from a screen and a half away and MF is not a "carry" shes a SAFE champ because of her huge range of her ult. You pick MF to play topside You have zero understanding on the champions ur talking about saying ASHE IS A HYPER CARRY? she does the LEAST amount of dmg out of all the other adcs shes picked because of her E and ult. Her lane is strong because she can SPAM W and its hard to lane against.
@@holyflygon we are not pros anyways, so just play what type of adc makes you happy..... lethal tempo was impossible to balance around when it gave range, so it's gone.... most adc mains like jhin, but jinx is still good with pros and high ranks, too, and she is hyper carry. Quit making excuses balance is not a valid excuse anymore
