Slovakia were really great at taking the space away from England and blocking passing lanes. Eventually Bellingham started to drop really deep to make things happen and combine succesfully with Mainoo. It would have been high risk at times passing to Mainoo when there were 2 opposition players standing right next to him but England need to be braver as he is an expert of get out of those situations and beating the press. High risk though for an 18 year old in the heart of the pitch during the knockout phases! They played it safe but sometimes you need to chance more otherwise the game is almost lost by not risking it. Well played Slovakia though.
