Whiteside and Hopegill head

  • On saturday 21st September 2024 I walked from Lanthwaite Green, by Crummock Water, climbed Whiteside, and crossed the ridge to Hopegill head.
    From there I dropped into Hope Gill and completed the circular walk. Total distance a little over 6 miles with 2,600 foot (800m) of ascent.
