I love how you go "craft shopping" like I do when you are out and about. I'm forever bringing home twigs, leaves, acorns etc from my walks. I have to make sure I have big pockets to carry it all home in lol. Such a cute little twig bed, it wouldn't be out of place in a fairy's home too!
you really outdid yourself with the sheet and pillowcase!! too cute!! I'm looking for inspiration to make a bench for a fairy flat/gnome home. your construction was very meticulous. i love the care you put into your work as if a real tiny person will actually sleep on the bed🥰
And thank you for showing us those two different ways to preserve the fungus on our sticks. I always love the look of it but I hesitate to use it because I don’t want it to go everywhere. I can’t wait to go out in the daylight and look for some sticks tomorrow!
@@WhereTheGnomesLive You are an amazing teacher for these products and you are so generous with your tips and your knowledge! I really appreciate you and I so look forward to new videos when you post them!
Actually it kinda is. Lichens are commonly recognized as a symbiotic association of a fungus and a chlorophyll containing partner, either green algae or cyanobacteria, or both.
The twig bed will make the cutest bed for a mouse house as well ❤ The country mouse would love a rustic little twig bed. City mouse is slightly more fancy-antsy so he'll prefer the vintage version .❤
I've already built a bed for my Mouse House. But I may have to modify it a bit to include sticks or even a needle card for more of a Borrowers feel. Just so cute
This is a great idea. Do you think what you sprayed JT with would kill the tiny insects on the sticks, since your bringing it inside? Crazy glue would be okay if I don’t have the other glue?
I dunked my sticks in the water to get the majority off then left them outside to dry once I got home. When they were fully dry I banged each one on the ground to knock any diehards off lol They were bug free after all that. I just googled crazy glue and wood and it says that it will bond wood. I’ve never tried it myself though so can’t give any tips.

You’re welcome and thank you 😊
Love it all.
Just have to say that it is not Fungus, it is a few types of Lichen growing on the twigs. 🙂 and yes it really adds character
