We have heard about these stories in the past while in school and among our peer groups, but I'm glad this video has shed more light on those stories. Uganda is a beautiful and amazing country, I feel more Ugandan than a South Sudanese.

Kooki is the overall area with Rakai as its major town.
A lot has been said about the issue of cannibalism and many have blindly believed it for years. I was there once with a group of friends and found the people very welcoming and engaging.
Many of them believe those rumors have hindered economic activities including tourism from coming to their area.
Shining a spotlight and helping clearing the name of not just that area but also the accused people is very commendable.
I wish the Kooki administration together with the Ugandan government can ride on this publicity to lure more business into their area.
