The ballista is your answer! Just place one (or more, close to the first one) at a central distance from their main unit and have some support around it (cleric as well). Watch it destroy their base. 🎉
Using the third loadout... and doing most of the same as this, lets you just spam balistas in the middle straight onto the boss to finish each round with one minute spare. the balistas let you kinda just focus the boss for all 4 stages... made it easier for me, as long as I drop the ballistas, once all other units are out. Basically did about the same as this, except for those additional balistas. Gotta... set the ballistas stacked together though... else they... dont target the boss, its the annoying part they don't turn, but they do 70 damage from afar each onto the boss.

Gotta love the change the difficulty to easy. That's the only tip you need, it no longer is difficult to beat any of them. Try beating it on hard and then making the video. You can still tell people to turn it on easy if they really can't beat it. What's the point of beating something on dynamic if you can change parts of the game to easy?

For a game that has got so many incredible aspects to it if they just cut half these minigames it would be perfect, sometimes less is more square enix!

I don’t get what’s happening. I’m following EXACTLY what you’re doing to the t but youre gauge seems to be refilling faster or something because you’re making units a lot faster than I’m able to.
So for instance by 2:37 left on the 1st one the video creator has an elite and a normal out for the Ranger and Enforcer. But by 2:37, despite following the exact thing the video does, I only have 1 elite enforcer and one of each of the regular enforcer and Ranger, only half the gauge built up for the elite Ranger. So what exactly is causing my gauge to fill up slower?
i despise this mini game so much, the hard mode mini games have pretty much ruined the overall game for me. these strategies work but are still very luck dependent.

I have 0 ATB and by the time I can position the third Enforcer the first wolf is already on my side and the second wolf has spawned. But OP here not only can get an Enforcer but also can drop a Cleric. Then gets to place a Vangard to defernd. How are people getting a much much faster ATB???
When you put the game on Easy difficulty in the Gameplay Options menu, it makes the minigames easier as well. For Fort Condor it makes the ATB charge faster.
Most people are looking for a way to do this as a Johny collectible the easier it is the better these are just practically rng minigames brutal mode and legendary bouts are hard already by themselves
No you don't, there isn't a trophy for hard mode fort condor. There's a trophy for the protorelic in junon so you need to do the normal modes to get that.
I used the same setup this video did and had equal results despite some differences in enemy layout. It takes like 20 mins tops to do all 4 of these. This video even does it the slow way, there's definitely opportunities to overwhelm them earlier
There are two versions of the mingame: first time you do the intel it's the "normal version". 2nd time you do it it's the "hard version". These are called that in-game, it's a separate minigame version that has nothing to do with the difficulty in game settings. Changing difficulty in game settings makes it easier, that's the trick to beating the hard version. Basically: two difficulties - one for minigame (hard) - one for game settings (put it on easy)

Stage 2 - 4:07
Stage 3 - 7:44
Stage 4 - 10:44

This worked on normal mode on the 3rd intel (stage 3) as well but they die faster though but still beat the boss with only 22 seconds left.

this difficulty seems to lower difficulty of minigames Except piano and QB

Transmode from dynamic or normal to Easy
That will make your fort condor games pretty easier
