    Welcome to our cooking channel! Today, we're sharing an incredibly easy and delicious Chicken Biryani recipe that you can make in just half an hour. Perfect for any occasion, this biryani will amaze you with its simplicity and mouthwatering flavor. Follow along to see all the ingredients and steps.
    Ingredients:
    3 onions (or 2 medium-sized onions) 🧅
    A piece of ginger 🌿
    6 cloves of garlic 🧄
    Some coriander and mint 🌿
    1 lemon (seeded) 🍋
    200 grams of yogurt 🥛
    1 whole chicken, cut into pieces 🍗
    66 grams of Mehran Biryani spices 🌶️
    Vegetable oil 🛢️
    3 tablespoons of sesame oil 🌾
    4 cups of Basmati rice 🍚
    Cinnamon stick 🌳
    4 cardamom pods 🌿
    4 cloves 🌸
    Some pepper 🌶️
    1 tablespoon of salt 🧂
    Cooking Method:
    Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic. Seed and halve the lemon. Rinse and soak the rice for at least 30 minutes.
    Cook the Chicken:
    Heat a bit of vegetable oil in a pot and add the chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
    Add the chicken pieces and cook on high heat until browned.
    Stir in the crushed garlic and ginger.
    Add the Mehran Biryani spices and continue cooking on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked. The chicken will release its own juices, creating a delicious sauce.
    Prepare the Rice:
    Boil water in a separate pot and add the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, pepper, salt, and a bit of oil.
    Add the soaked rice to the boiling water and cook until half done. Drain the rice.
    Layer the Biryani:
    In the pot with the chicken, layer the half-cooked rice on top of the chicken and sauce.
    Sprinkle chopped coriander, mint, and lemon halves over the rice.
    Add a pinch of saffron powder for color (optional).
    Cover the pot and cook on very low heat for 20 minutes.
    Prepare the Yogurt Sauce:
    Grate cucumber and mix with 200 grams of strained yogurt.
    Add a crushed garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
    Serve the Biryani:
    Gently fluff the rice to ensure it's well-mixed with the sauce but not broken.
    Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with the yogurt sauce on the side.

    الف شكر من القلب بالنسبه لي اي احد يعطيني الوصفه بدون ذكر البهارات مابخذها منه لان السر بيكون بنكهة البهارات كلمة بهار مشكل وخلاص استبعاد على طول
