    What a dream dagger Tom presented at the end of the video. I don’t know what he paid for it but someone surely didn’t appreciate what they had. This is a cornerstone piece to any SA collection…..I’ve never seen better…..thanks again Tom.

    My 10 year old son and I attended our first MAX show.
    He even went to the Friday night lectures!
    Mr. Wittman was the source of my first purchased piece, a Heer visor!
    Thanks Tom!

    These vids from Mr. Whittman has piqued my interest in Nazi, and WWII memorabilia in general, again.
    I was always too poor to afford anything of real interest but I’m gonna try to pick up a M35 Heer at the 2020 SOS in Feb. if I can get one for the right price.

    I find this a really egotistic hobby. A lot of these items should be in museums so everybody can enjoy them!

    • @carlklein9385
      @carlklein9385 4 года назад

      A lot of pieces are in museums. The Nazis were prolific makers of daggers, swords and related items. There are literally tons of this stuff out there. Most brought home by returning soldiers as war prizes.

    • @thelucentcrow9084
      @thelucentcrow9084 4 года назад

      Most museums have much more than they need and often lock all the collections in vaults so no one sees them, at least at these sorts of shows you can handle the items and they look great fun too.
