After completing ausbildung. Get a job, save good amount of money and then call your wife and children to Germany otherwise it will be difficult to manage the cost of living if you call them during your ausbildung
I think your wife have to start learning german till A1/A2 and then apply for spouse visa. It will decrease visa rejection

I have relatives that live in the US since the 1970's. They are engineers. They said that in the US, until the 21st century the car salesmen never approached Indian families that went to the car showrooms. In those days, people had to go to the car showrooms and a salesman would approach the person and talk to them. Whenever Indians went to the showrooms they would simply stand there for over 30-45 minutes before anybody approached them. These experiences were faced by Indians even as recently as 1999. These experiences were faced in big cities like New York, New Jersey, Chicago, San Francisco etc. In smaller places, it was much worse. This was not how they treated white Americans. If a white American went to the showroom, several salesmen would approach them. This is called subtle racism.
Same happens in india. Stop crying everywhere. North east Indians still get beaten by people in Delhi and mainland India
