Having just compared the 2 I actually prefer the dial on my old Sekonda. I enjoy my quartz watches just as much as my mechanical ones. I like to have a selection of both :)
Yemma Rallygraph gen 1 (still available) or gen 2. Affordable. Distinctive. Proportionally perfect. Great looking. Well finished & spec’d. And, has a great story. VK63 all the way.
I hate to say it James, but I’m starting stray from the Church of Mechanical Watches. I’m looking more and more into quartz. And watches like these are part of that reason. 😅
I think this brand would be a lot more interesting if they did something else besides releasing Baltany’s whole catalog 2 months after the Baltany comes out. The well of military watches is deep, why do they only copy Baltany?
Thanks for WATCHing
That is a very interesting way of showing day and date. I like it .

I have a rather battered old Sekonda with the same day/date. Wore it for many years but now just kept as part of my watch history.

@@garycollard1981 Interesting. Do you have a reference?I do like the "complication" of day and date subdials.

A great watch. I had one a few years ago and loved it.
That is a great looking watch - and I agree about the subdials - very functional.
I really like this complication. Looks great and it definitely more functional for me.
Yup i just picked up my first Milifortic in the sale. The D12 instead of the Baltany Dirty Doz. These Milifortic reviews convinced me.
I’ve been very impressed with them.
My favorite has probably been their murph homage.
I quite like this brand. Crystal is amazing. Very much Baltany. This is amazing value around $100. Quartz watches are great!

Hahahahaha I will continue to try to be open to non mechanical. I hope it one day works. It would save me a bunch of money.
The movement with the date sub dials just isn’t doing it for me

Can review the pilot/military chronograph (the black one) if you can get a hold of it. M069
Ooooooo solar. That one does look good.

great review, but finally, a watch I don't like, phew!!
Hahahahahahaha

I’ve heard a number of people say they are another brand from Baltany. Not sure if that’s true.
But would make sense.
They make quite different watches tp baltany? Only a few designs seem to overlap to me.
Aren't Milifortic a sub brand of Baltany?
I’ve heard that said before. But I’m not sure.
I think you said 95 Australian dollars, don't think so James,, sorry mate. Get your prices right James.
Sorry about that.
