Am I the only one who don't understand why 24H is so underrated?
Please appreciate the fact that they are the only one who can pull off a clock with 12 intervals!!!!!!!
No other groups can do that coz they ain't go no 13 members!
And tbh about the new comeback and "robbing" carat's money - lets not make assumptions on how pledis want to manipulate fans
It is true that they could have make one full album instead of two mini albums and it's true that they want to earn money off carats
We should also not ignore the fact that now them being in BigHit - and with BTS being the only one with the other million album seller up on that list - there are other factors to consider - e.g.
when will BTS release their next album
when will the other big kpop groups release their albums
when to release SVT album so there won't be crashes with other groups and getting enough media exposure
when to release the new song so their results can be put into the 2020 results easier (consider if they release in 2020 winter - their achievements are very likely not in time for award shows and with a comeback now in Oct they can have their results for 2020 plus in 2021 Jan/Feb/Mar they can drop another album easily and get that year started)
Of coz yes the conspiracy theory sounds very true - but also there are also factors we must not overlook

Yeah I agree, but there's already so many popular groups coming back in october, same happened in June. I don't think pledis care much about getting the media exposure or timing of the comebacks. But I see your point about qualifying for the award season. I'm super excited for the comeback, I just hope they are taking care of themselves. The members were most likely practicing for caratland, 24H while making an entire new album. It's a lot, but like you said it's business and they have to do that to stay on top especially after the success of henggarae
I see what you mean. I agree, I also see it as the reason why a lot of group are having a comeback on oct as if they're meeting a deadline. I understand fans seeing it as pledis "robbing" them but with the pandemic, they lost one of they're sources of income which is concert. So yeah, it sucks but it's business and they gotta earn some money and the best way to make up for it is release more content for profit. We don't know what's happening behind the scenes. They most likely made a lot a adjustments in their schedules. Maybe this cb wasn't even meant for an oct.release.

Let's be real for a second & admit that seventeen don't have much merit in japan when it comes to music!
It's a shame that Pledis is doing them bare minimum & manages to lazy rob J-money without giving enough musical content in return!
Seventeen been promoting in Japan for 3 years now & all they released is what?!
4 original songs! 4!!
Not a one full album yet!
Just singles & very few easy remakes!
This is both a shame & a concern because they have such a solid J-fandom & big sales but I fear that what they will only be remembered of!
They have alot of wasted potentials in Japan!
I mean it's been 3 years & only now they got to promote on Music Station?!

I mean they definitely have a musical existence in SK but the focus is still on inflating SALES on the expense of the consumers & even seventeen themselves!
They could have made Heng:garae a FULL album but no they split it into two comebacks, *OVERWORK* seventeen just to double the sales for pledis & Bighit to scoop the most money!!!
This is enough proof that they showed how seventeen get overworked to sickness in *HIT THE ROAD* not to shine light on the bad conditions of the industry or in attempt to make things better for these idols but to further normalize those practices & capitalize on them..
Manipulating fans emotionally into being guilt-tripped & pity staning, build their loyalty on seeing their group *suffer*!
Seeing their group overwork thinking if they *voted* or *streamed* or *bought more* albums they are paying back their group's hard work or makin things better for them, when in reality it's exactly what these companies want ...
For you to feel guilted, indebted & spend more!
Never thought about it like that but I kinda agree with you ! Seeing their sales this year in japan its impressive. But I feel like they are slowly but surely getting more content out for their japanese fandom. But yeah, I definetely see your point here
And this is the business strategy, each and every entertainment has a business strategy. After all they only want profit and nothing else, otherwise why do they debut these groups, it's only to earn profit.
In the end this is all for them to make money, and this just shows how clever they r in these strategies
I totally agree that they are overworked that's why it's okay for me if the comeback will be adjusted. They need to rest.

Exactly, but some fans have rose tainted expectations from these companies & bite into the "we are family" strategy as well!
When in reality it is strictly a *corporate business* relationship & the reason these idols have loyalty to their companies is because
1) Companies exploit the principles of Confucian culture to put itself in a "parental" position to those idols, to be obeyed & respected!!
2) Companies legally OWN everything!
All companies are the same, because the systemic flaws in the industry are shared between them..
They vary ever so slightly when it comes to mistreatment or sabotaging their idols!
For example while SM is criticized for not giving their idols much freedom of input in their group's production, they fully support their idols' SOLO careers & nourish them Individually.
On the other hand a company like pledis or *Bighit* who get praised for marketing a "self made" image for their groups or giving them "freedom" but don't invest in their idols individually, the focus only on the group brand because it's way more profitable for the company!!
Ofc it's a huge sabotage for these idols who need to establish solo careers in other areas like modeling, acting, television or MCing for the long term.

I just love fallin flower, everything about it is just perfect. Everyone's ranking may be different but it doesn't really matter cause all of svt's japanese releases are great. I think they're one of the kpop groups that releases really good jpop songs. I almost wish it was a kpop release cause then it'll get more promotion but then again, it also sounded better as jpop.

In my opinion, for music video Call Call Call is the best. For song, idk why but I really like 24h these days. For dance, I still consider that Call Call Call is their 4th hardest dance and has the most well-taught choreography among their Japanese songs. Don't get me wrong, FF and 24h choreos were really good but I like the choice of movements and combination of dance elements in Call Call Call.
