The way Sir made us understand it will takes years for my university Teachers to do and still they wont able to do this . love you sir

What I learned in this lecture:
In the spiral model first we gather the requirments and find out what the objective is. Then we identify the potential risks. Then we develop the next version of the product and finally we review and plan for the next phase - in this phase all of the errors and customer feedback is addressed and they are fixed
This model is good for big projects for example NASA projects where each and every risk needs to be analysed and resolved.
Some key points:
- The redius of the spiral denotes the cost of the project
- The larger the radius the higher the cost
- 180 degrees means we are halfway through a loop
- 360 degrees means we are finished with the current loop
- This model combines aspecst of the classical waterfall, iterative and prototype models (it incorporates their advantages)
- We keep looping until the customer is satisfied
Advantages:
- Risk analysis
- Customer satisfaction - if the customer is not satisfied we go into the next loop of the spiral until they are
- Flexible
- Good for large projects
Disadvantages:
- Can become very expensive
- Time

Now the thing is that if someone is from ipu reading this comment, don't make the model diagram shown in the video instead see diagram from your book, it is very simple and I don't know about the teachers of other college but the thing is that my teacher cut my marks for same diagram so don't repeat the mistake and said to make it more details and perfectly..
