I’ve really been wanting to get my 11 year old in your facility. He’s been playing ball up two age groups since for the last 3 years. I guarantee he will outwork the older kids and some adults in there. I know you’re only accepting kids 14+
His last day of school was yesterday. He starts hitting the gym with me Monday morning. Not to lift heavy but to work on form and technique.. he’s done a lot of body weight exercises the last 3 years and wants to get bigger faster and stronger cuz he will be 12 playing 14u this fall. I guess we will have to wait till he’s 14 so I can get him into OPP

We are in the process of building our youth development program but we do not have a time table on that. Sorry for the inconvenience!

@@optimalpowerperformance not an inconvenience at all I like what you’re doing. I actually found your channel as a suggestion from watching Richard and after working with my son personally trying to teach him HLP. Haven’t heard or seen anyone in AZ that teaches HLP… a lot of “hitting coaches” want to talk “squishing the bug” or “getting the front foot down early” or “throw your hands at the ball” none of which worked for my son… after teaching him HLP from watching Richard’s video did we begin to see results. As my 11 year old son has been batting a .400 with 105 AB & an OBP of .675 thanks to HLP
I look forward to hearing that you have completed building a youth development program. Till then best of luck to you. May God bless you and your family.
