I have the same one but it plugs in a transformer and the white toner printer does too and keeps heating up and turning off,,,how do you get plug to go in the wall

How does this Heat Press compare to the ones from Transfer Express and Heat Transfer warehouse?

How good is this press with a 2 step marrying process ? Because we've bought other heat press and they don't work that well
Good question. I’ve never done the 2 step marrying process on this heat press but I don’t see why not as long as you set the press time higher

I have seen some bad business practices from ricoma so I'm not a huge fan and I know this vid 1 year ago was sponsored by them with this machine but do you still use it as a main press even now?
I'd never touch their embroidery machines but maybe this?

I think you can set one timer not multiple

did you check the manual? there's usually a screw or something on top for packaging/ transport purposes that you have to unscrew first.
