The story of Rolan, Cal, and Lia - NPC compilation (Acts 1-3) | Baldur's Gate 3

Some NPC encounters can seriously change the course of the story, and failing or succeeding to persuade Rolan, Cal and Lia to stay at the Emerald Grove is sure one of them.
Here is a compilation of conversations with Rolan and his siblings if you persuade them to stay at the Grove. In this playthrough I defended the Grove from the raid, hence, if you just kill the three goblin leaders you will not have exactly the same dialogue.
I have included the Aradin encounter at Baldur's Gate, as well as the conversation with Lorroakan for context.

I love how roland starts out being a high and mighty wizard, but after the events of the tower, he completely tones it down after seeing what he could have become in his "master". who was also ironically weaker.

His line about you on how he’s “seen what true leadership can accomplish” is one of my favourite moments in the game. Love that recurring NPCs have their own arcs and character development.
