They don't always say the name of the weapon, but they often do. (It's spelled Aymr but apparently pronounced aMEER for some reason.) "Areadbhar! Failnaught!"
And yeah, I guess axes and hammers, which hit very hard but are slow to strike, would be effective against heavily armored fighters, which take a heavy impact to hurt but are slow to move. Hence Aymr's long windup and high damage, which is obviously ineffective if you just dodge it. That's why rapiers exist, and swordfighting is actually difficult.
Actually hammers where the effective weapon when it came to armored combatants, as the the shock from the impact would vibrate through the whole body. I can see bigger axes working though.

Skylanders is a beat em up kinda game where you put a figure on a platform portal thing and then you can play as the figure displayed. You play in different levels and you play against different bosses until the very last boss, named Kaos. And that is basically every Skylanders game.
I'm happy that I can tolerate Byleth now. She's becoming waifu material to me. ❤

It's funny how Ness can just ledge guard and PK fire almost every player but when they fight a Zelda main they just shut down and don't know what to do anymore.
Their ledge guards no longer work, and if you use Zelda's neutral after getting hit by fire it reflects it and the ness gets hurt by the flames instead. it also blocks more fire's from coming at you.
