So, just to clarify, going back through the stargate does NOT start the game again. It just sends you back to the normal universe with all your stuff there. I did that as I thought it look like a good way to end the series.
Nice! Liked the series. I know the stargate stuff isn't implimented yet but that's the first time I've seen it start someone over lol. Maybe it had something to do with you being on a planet so far away from your actual ship? Who knows. You using a planet as your base certainly made this the most unique playthrough I've seen of this game.
It doesn't start the game over. I did that as a interesting way to end the series. It normally just takes you back to where you were. Bering on a planet was fun. but the mining was extremely time consuming. Even with the vehicle drill. Next time I'm going to stick on the platform
They don't really have any use at the moment at all really, so even building one is barely worth it. Maybe if there was some thing you could only get on the other side. A new fuel for the fusion reactor or something?
No it didn't. I just did that to end the series. Thought it looked cool, but didn't really think others might believe that's what actually happens. I've made a pinned comment so others don't get confused.
