I find that stretching my arms all the way towards my waist slowly, instead of moving my arms rapidly at chest level, is the most relaxing way to doing the breaststroke. You sacrifice speed but you can last longer.

When winding up for the kick, his knees are fairly wide indicating he may need some hip mobility work. Knees should be in line with the shoulders or within the hips is better. He also tends to kick out a bit on his kick before bringing the ankles in. Other than that, not bad!

My gr grandma style breaststroke is rubbish, only ever self taught, and learned in very cold river😁though I enjoy swimming anyway👏. But next time at the pool, I'll think of this music, see if it helps me to get the edge on some of the grandad types who are sometimes in there🤪😅😅🙏🏻💖

Head's too high. Lot's of goot line, balance and motion, but the head needs to go down more quickly and the hands need get flat sooner. The pitch of the hands needs to be flat parallel with the pool bottom until just before the catch.

New to swimming here, when you say leg kicks do you mean underwater or during the stroke. I’m trying out the breast stroke
