I was like yeah corona virus and then he started talking about orbits and so I checked when it was uploaded and it said 2012 so he REALLY had no idea😂😭
That's because there are college students who study medical terms, for example, i'm actually studying neuroanatomy and working towards neuro-oncology, the manegment of the brain and any signs of illness through it.
I wish you were my college teacher. You make things simple yet give the information we need. I like how you give insight on how things fit into place like how the crista galli anchors the brain in place... I was never told that in my college anatomy class, only the raw memorization of the name. Thanks for the great content!!
I've been watching videos for the past 6 hours hands down your video is one the best... Dr. Brian has a good one two... Great job please make more I taking my pre reqs for PA school I was a history major in college so I'm starting from scratch. .. thanks
you are such a great teacher! im taking an osteology course (physical anth lab 450) & this has helped me tremendously! thank you, thank you, thank you!
Sella turcica means Turkish saddle. It refers to the typical horse saddles which have been used in Ottoman Empire in the old times. It is not about turkey as an animal at all.
The Turkish Saddle where the Sella Turcica ( Turca- in italian means from Turkey, Turkish and sella meaning saddle, seat) is getting the name from is a saddle people used on horses so they could sit comfortably, just like the pituitary gland. Good job explaining all parts and some of their functions as well as showing ways on how to remember these names.
I tried to memorize the coronal suture the way you described. However, I found it easier to associate the coronal suture & sagittal suture with the coronal (front and back) and sagittal (middle) planes.
VERY VERY helpful!!!!!! Thank you so much! I am in a Dental Hygiene program and I'm going crazy in dental anatomy, you my friend just made my night, can't wait to watch more!!!
These videos are soooo helpful you dont even know! I've learned more from kid songs and videos like this than from listening to my boring professor for an hour and a half lol
