You can start the van faster if you heat it up. Just push ignition once, wait until the motor heater light turns off. Then turn ignition again and pump gas.

YBR u go in the back and you'll see a truck and a tractor u take the truck to the house and on the right side you'll see a hose pick up the hose and connect it to where the in is and make sure your trucks up close and take off the sewer cover and put the hose in go into ur cabin of ur truck and there is a button that say suction and press it this will take a long time to empty u can use this time to drink beer and after ur done put the hose back or drive out

Teimo (shopkeeper) will call you and tell you to come back and pay, not sure what happens after that, but I think he keeps calling you. Also once you finish the car, remove the back seats and the passenger seat. This will allow you to carry parts, then you can completely replace the van.

Only one year late but Diesel engines have glow plugs not spark plugs
If you leave the ignition in the "battery mode" for a few seconds it'll start easier.
