There is not much to do, actually. That's an ableton live set, he is not mixing tracks (everything is already prepared into a mix), he is "just" working on his MIDI controller, controlling stems, messing with all of the parameters he mapped to that controller and so on.. Live set like this is not about mixing, it's about presenting your tracks and having a lot of fun, while changing them slightly..
I have rewatched the moment at 10:25 atleast 80 times, the energy and force through his precision would have been amazing. I know he most likely only pushed up the low end but on function 1`s still sheesh
