Simple recipe for yogurt cookies for tea! So delicious that there will be nothing left!
✅Ingredients:
-1 egg
-150 g of sugar (3/4 cup)
-100 g of melted butter (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
-1 tablespoon of vanilla
-A pinch of salt
-125 g vanilla yogurt (2/3 cup)
-approximately 450 g of flour (add gradually) (3 cups + 3/4 cup)
-7 g of baking powder (1 tsp)
-Apricot jam
-Grated coconut
- Melted dark chocolate
Oven preheated to 175°C for 15 to 20 minutes
