- I share my process here to care for water spots. Here, I wiped them off with a damp cloth and that was really all that was needed. I continued with some @purepolishproducts conditioner, the @brifth_products ebony sleeking stick and a little paste.

I've had really good luck with "water polishing" my shell boots -- Just a little moisture and a ton of brushing
Hey! Appreciate the watch guys! Yea, I agree, either dropping a few drops of water on the brush and then brushing or wiping them down and brushing while there’s still some water on the boots goes a long way on it’s on. Does wonders to raise the natural luster!
Great an informative video
🦾💪🏻thanks big A!
I’m not usually a chukka fan but these are handsome as hell!
Thanks brother!
Thanks for your reply. Just subscribed and clicked on the bell. I have been using a deer bone and back off my spoon for my shell collection currently at 13. Combo works well but almost immediately after the first use after removing the rolls, most if not all return right away. That being said, what is the main purpose of removing the rolls on the shell? To avoid drying up and cracking down the road?
Sure thing! Yeah that’s exactly right that there’s really no removing of rolls. You can smooth them out but there’s no real way to uncrease them. I’m sure the logical question is why bother? The rolls tend to accumulate build up of oils just like any leather. It’s also one the most stressed parts of the shoe. So you may see that sugary look in the creases and fast forward however long and it can get worse. I wouldn’t be afraid of it cracking but just more pronounced. Smoothing them out every once in a while just helps to prevent some of the signs of wear described above. It’s not really a regular aspect of the care but more so an occasional up keep. The other part that’s not just for the creases, is using one of these tools, wood stick, bone, or spoon, does smooth out and raise the luster of the shell. So it’s a way to shine them up a bit if you want that look. Hopefully that helps! Appreciate the support!
How often should I be wiping my shoes like this? Every time it rains?

I got mine from Brift H in Japan. I had to have a friend who lives there purchase and ship it to me
