Also, the books of the author Eckhard Tolle might be worth checking out.
Hi First thank you for sharing and caring. I did a quick look through of him, and I don't think his dogma and mine are the same. One thing I picked up on was he said that our inner thoughts makes us miserable. And for me it's actually the opposite, most of my inner conversation is bringing happiness in my life. Not knowing how I can pay my bills is for example a real stress, it's not a negative thought that you can let go of it's something that you have to deal with.
But most of my inner thoughts are ideas and ways of being able to earn that money, and when I feel that an idea is viable I start acting on it.
I'm a goal driven person and that is a whole different dogma than what Eckhard is teaching. But I see no negativity in a goal not met, I just see a way to learn something for the next goal.
And just to be clear, I don't say that his dogma is wrong, I say it's wrong for me.
But I still appreciate that you share, and it could have been so thank you so much.
Have you ever tried mindful meditation? Headspace app is a really great introduction to mindful meditation and it may really help you. Actually, it helps everyone. Also, there is scientific and medical proof that it helps.
I meditate at night when going to sleep, also my crafts are very meditative really lowering my heartbeat and both makes me happy and makes me not think about all the issue. I do use also use meditative tools to calm down my heart when I have panic attacks.
I need the situation to change or to mentally deal with it, and non of those is possible right now. I'm not afraid of the future per say, I believe everything will be solved as I'm working on it. It's just that it is a stressful situation and no meditation will fix it. But yeah it does help :)
