I understand what you’re saying. However, are you saying everytime we eat and buy toothpaste or grocery shop we have to ask permission? Breakfast lunch and dinner?
Or is it more about making spends outside of our daily necessities?

If you give 100% of your finances to Him to protect, then yes, you want always ask before you spend the money.
