Brooke, I also follow Grace. I found some information on how magnesium Glycinate supplements can help decrease blood sugar and blood pressure levels, symptoms of anxiety, and improve sleep. I did some research to figure out which one is better for you. I used to take a different form of magnesium, but now I am taking magnesium Glycinate because it doesn't give me the gastrointestinal side effects that the other forms do. Anyway, thank you for sharing your Costco haul. You got a lot of the same items I just brought a few days ago.😄💗
