This the best video about cloud. I knew what it was but didn't understand the different types and now i do. So thanks Gary, as always you taught us about another basic concept.
Gary, can you explain whether RISC or CISC computers are better at working on multi-core processors and why? Or can you make a video about mainframes and z15?
I prefer the older style Gary. here most of the time I was reading the text and at the same time looking at the box to see what you were saying. its kind of distracting.
What would be interesting Gary is how do RUclips store all these videos that are uploaded, do they buy drive space or do the rent it? Space needed must be colossal. New format interesting but my preference was for the older format.
Very interesting, good level of information, would prefer less bullet point on screen time. How about info on options for making websites, cms's, wordpress, wix, etc.
I prefer the presentation style, it help me to stay focus on the topic, diagram etc that you are talking about. Keep it up with "the basics topic" it's interesting 👍
Thanks for the suggestion. I have done quite a few AI/ML videos including: ruclips.net/video/whlODvf-SVk/видео.html ruclips.net/video/BJ385xQVVOk/видео.html ruclips.net/video/Sh6v7YXwIaA/видео.html ruclips.net/video/ilnC_iwmkqo/видео.html If you have watched those, what specifically do you think I need to cover?
suggested topic for Basic series - how does OpenStack create virtual machines (VMs)? What Linux components does OpenStack use? Can I create a virtual machine using the components of Linux without using OpenStack?
I don't have much knowledge about the topic but maybe it could be something covering from command line to the latest GUIs with a zoom in to the Linux ones
cloud providers, "...offer services....like RUclips.." Do they actually act as an intermediary to offer you a "chinese menu" of offerings....or do they just allow you to connect (like a network provider) to the internet & you can then access "RUclips", etc.???
Thank you professor!
Looking forward for the next episode.
Gary always makes informative video

Glad it helped
I liked this video! I'm much more of a "big picture" learner than detail oriented. It worked for me.
Glad it was helpful!
It's fancy marketing term of virtual machine rental service, web server hosting, etc.
Great stuff!
Gary "SIMS" is the "REAL THING"!
GREAT loved it....
Need more of these
Any suggestions for topics?
Really good introduction. What are you using for presentation and blending music and video into it?
Please keep up the good work. I have learned a lot and also bought a pi after seeing your videos. Thank You.
Great to hear!
Informative as Heck!

As a Cloud Specialist working for a private cloud service provider, it‘s quite nice to view it from a more simplistic viewpoint :)

Very very cool
well if you being in that little box means that we can get these videos quickly then yes please gary.
What about Firebase?
It would be great to have something about graphical user interfaces on this series
Interesting idea, what exactly would you like me to cover?

Can you do a basics video on Block chain & Bitcoin?
Try this one: ruclips.net/video/KN-FQR7A6Iw/видео.html
@@GaryExplains thank you!
The older style is good enough I think the little box is a little bit distracting
Database Types? (Data is the new oil)
Coding Basics?
You could use green screen so there's no box and to hide your background
I thought you were going to talk about the weather..
LOL then the title would have been "what is A cloud"
...in which case, he'd have a Gary Explains sixFootSix Blue Brolly with him! ;-)
LOL.. Hotdog image classifier. That's from silicon valley.
The Basics: Bitcoins please.
the answer: someone else's computer
lol
I’m wearing a shirt with that exact phrase, “There is no cloud, it’s just someone else’s computer.”
wrr

HEY GARY PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON WIDEVINE L1,L3 ETC, THERE'S NO GOOD VIDEO OUT THERE
A fancy way of marketing
You should cover basic topics and dive a bit deeper like you normally do in your videos.
Darker background would be good for a human bat and less eye-burner
