Grooming Interrupted by Snake

- Bow was grooming me, when he heard the dogs barking in the backyard, saying they had found a snake. Bow suggested that I go check it out. So I got my cupcake carrier, caught the snake, showed it to Bow, showed it to the chickens, and then transported it to the edge of my property, where I set it free.
Not everything in our lives is about chimpanzee grooming. Bow recognizes that some things are much more important and more urgent than grooming. If you are true fans of this channel, you understand that, too.

It’s just a harmless rat snake… she captures them all the time and takes them out to the back of her property and lets them go…
I catch them by grabbing them at the back of the head and then hold them close to the tail… usually about 8 inches from the tail depending on how big they are… I have to take them down to the creek to set them free… my husband is terrified of snakes and it just cracks me up… one day he came yelling into the house from the garage about this "monster" snake in the garage keeping him from getting into the car… I went out to see this "monster" snake and I find a, maybe 2 foot, little king snake curled up on the floor… poor little guy was cold… I picked him up and took him out into the front yard and put him in the sun so he could warm up… I just understand why people are so scared of snakes…most of them will leave you alone if you don’t bother them… :)
Maaaaaan, I could never. Snakes freak me out. I don't know why, buy they just do. It's like a dangerous noodle with a mouth

i think bow knew it was a snake based off the dogs barking patterns, the way he just suddenly stopped grooming, and had his hair standing when you showed the snake to him

That's a King snake. They're the ones that eat poisonous snakes. We have a lot of King snakes on the mountain and will randomly find them in our yard.
A beautiful rat snake… they sure do like your house lol… or the chickens I should say lol….

@@G.Harley.Davidson yeah they are very similar… but I had to get a good look at the underside of his head and belly… it’s a black rat snake….. she gets them all the time… especially around her chicken coop… :)

The reason why Leo is still alive his because you did a good job keeping him away from Bow. I personally think Bow his responsible for Tayman passing. Bow was too aggressive with her when you allowed her in the pen system. I am not saying it is true, but this is my theory.
Bow had nothing to do with Teyman's death. She had cancer in her old age.
@@AyaKatz it true. When I watch project bow, I saw a clip of them playing together and Bow went easy on her. This is just one of my stupid theory and her and bow were friends. Bow will never hurt his friend.
@@AyaKatz it honestly a stupid theory of mine and brownie passed, he never had direct contact with bow. Me I just hope Leo can make into he is 20 years old. Hopefully Romy is not too aggressive with him, After all he is an old dog .
