I can definitely relate. I was pretty miserable until I started working out at the gym two years ago. Then from that I hung out with my friends more and begun to read a few books here and there. Now video games make me feel sluggish and time feels a lot more important now, so I'm slowly starting to make the most of it and progressively becoming more productive. Thanks papa Jordie

The thing you said about smoking cigarettes to pass the time until you die really hit home for me because I started smoking because I low-key wanted to die all the time in my teens. I'm in my 20's now and quitting is still hard because I that feeling hasn't really left me lol. I did manage to quit for about a year but then the mental health spiralled and it's been a struggle again since then. So I guess mental health would be my biggest problem seeing as when I'm doing well I start forming lots of healthy habits which fall to the wayside when my mental wellbeing takes a dive.
