Thanks for the advice in the rep and set count. Before I wasn't holding for 3 seconds and now after I tried your rep and set routine I can definitely feel the workout to be more affective. Thanks! For $10 not bad if they ever break wouldn't hesitate to buy again
I felt the same thing when I first started. Be sure to stretch your finger thoroughly beforehand. Eventually they will strengthen and that feeling will go away

My pinky is very weak. When I grip a basketball my pinky slide right off while my other fingers grip the ball with no problem. I hope this help

those it make sense to use sets and reps for those? or just until muscle failure ?
Great question! I normally do 30 reps and hold for 5 seconds with a 3 seconds rest between each rep. Hope this helps
