    Thank you for sharing. I had the exact same breast and I was wondering how others did it. I like the Strawberrys shake-on-BBQ seasoning and injected Tony Chachere’s creole butter inside. Definitely adding this to my regular supper routine. We were picking leftovers straight out of the fridge. LOL Thanks again!! 😋

    How do you clean your air fryer after this rotisseries always make a big mess and I’m just wondering what do you use on the walls of your air fryer to clean them because I’ve tried the baking soda with the dawn and vinegar and that just does not work

    • @PamperedChefWithKatie
      @PamperedChefWithKatie  Год назад

      I truthfully wipe it out while it is still hot. Usually with just a paper towel. If it needs more scrubbing I use Dawn Power Wash and a kitchen brush. It doesn't get it all off but makes it look better.

    I have a 4 pound bone IN turkey breast.
    We have a pampered chef air fryer… It looks like it will be fine but how long should I cook it for? Thanks!

    • @PamperedChefWithKatie
      @PamperedChefWithKatie  3 года назад +2

      I have not done a bone in but did a little research. I saw someone did a 5lb on the tray on roast and it took 1.5hrs. So on the rotisserie and being 4lbs I would start at 65mins and keep checking your temp. If you are like me I tend to over cook things so I would start with a lower time and just add on.
      A whole bone in chicken takes 55-60 at the 4lb range so I would think the turkey breast would be a bit more then that.
      Let me know how it turns out and your finished time!!

I did Roast for 1 1/2 hours on its breast, then rolled it on its side and cooked another 30 minutes so the breast side could get crispy."

      Good question Jenny. I try each recipe first before making the videos. Usually I have to adjust the cook times some until I get the correct food temp. Cook times might still vary some depending on your turkey size. Have fun on your new Air Fryer adventure, I have a play list with some of my other favorites including Chicken Parmesan, Pork Chops and Churros: ruclips.net/p/PLwgAMwUjHzLtyaG8ammcBz1Ajtim0iZxo

    • @PamperedChefWithKatie
      @PamperedChefWithKatie  3 года назад +1

      Not much of a recipe. Put your turkey breast on the spit, cover in oil add your seasoning of choice. Then put in Air Fryer on rotisserie for 55mins. Check your temp to be sure it is done. Enjoy!

    If turkey breast is 7 pounds ? About 2 hours ?

    • @PamperedChefWithKatie
      @PamperedChefWithKatie  2 года назад +1

      Well the weight limit for the rotisserie is 4lbs. You could put it on a tray and they say 7-10mins per pound. Of course check the internal temp before eatting. 165⁰ or more.
      Also make sure there is space for air to move around the turkey breast so it will cook well.

    For anyone who is curious or unsteady about using your pampered chef air fryer to make your BONE-IN turkey breast, let me put your mind at ease!!
    I did two separate turkey breasts back to back two days in a row with success two days in a row!
    Second was better (understatement) because I learned a few things after the first one, but I will sum it all up in the most shortest of ways that I can...
    FYI-
    Both were butterball gluten free turkeys.
    The first turkey was 4.5 pounds in the second turkey was 5.45 pounds.
    Prep:
    PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 375° for 45 minutes while prepping the turkey.
    Both Turkey breasts were prepped the same:
    -Coldwater rinse until completely washed everything ou/off good off and dried it off with non-shedding paper towels.
    That was followed with a hefty slathering of EVOO all over the whole top and inside.
    Let set at room temp for 20 min.
    Cooking times:
    1- 75 minutes breast down on the lowest rack.
    2- roll it over to one side and baste it with EVOO and add slices, Cook for an additional 25 minutes.
    3-Flip sides, baste with EVOO then spices, Cook for an additional 25 minutes.
    4- check the internal temperature and I am for 165° in the thickest part, but if there are other parts that aren’t done repeat the “flipping process“ with 10 minute intervals along with basting and you won’t dry it out.
    Let it sit in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
    I’m going to try to add a picture

    Don't you mean convection oven turkey breast

    • @PamperedChefWithKatie
      @PamperedChefWithKatie  2 года назад

      All air fryers are smaller convection ovens if you want to be specific. But this is called a Air Fryer so it is a Air Fryer turkey breast made on the rotisserie attachment.

    Rest your meats! Don't cut hot the juices are boiling inside. And you lose a lot of moisture. Especially for white meat.
