    Cool little attachment beats the hell outa the way we do trenches, hey why doesn't the guy on the ac joint just bump in the excess rock with a rake before the roller hits it? Would be faster and cleaned then scraping with a shovel? Or does the trench paver compact it a bit? Anyway I like it!!!

    • @PuikatRbx
      @PuikatRbx 9 лет назад +1

      The wheels go to the very edge of the trench, so any overflow gets compacted.

    • @anthonyreddy2834
      @anthonyreddy2834 5 лет назад

      You shovel it in the ditch, bobcat dosen't compact it enough to get it off the existing, clean up mess when you go!

  • @MrCzech78
    @MrCzech78  12 лет назад +3

    No. He is scraping off the exes material since its only the base layer.Later on we start to wet the edges with water. Also it depends on the operator how easy he can make it for everybody.

    Do your man on the roller not know that you put the roller half way on the old road and half on the joint other wise the roller would drive down the Tarmac and leave a lip. I think you be quicker doing it by hand. It's ok on base but topping it would a bit messy.
