On 23rd Sept 2017 I had my first baby, a girl called Maya. As she is about to turn one, watching the start of this video with the beautiful edits of Rufus' birth and your first year with him brought me to tears. What a year it has been! Even more so though because it reminded me of a time I had forgotten. I first discovered your channel in my first couple of weeks as a mum, up at all hours of the night looking for something to watch to help me stay awake through the feeds. I loved the care you obviously take over your production and edits and watching your old videos was the perfect escapism in the quiet times of the hardest weeks I've ever experienced, you're not kidding, being a parent is hard! So I just want to say thank you, thank you for letting us peek through the window into life with your beautiful family, and for in some way being part of my memories of this most special year. Being a parent of two myself, this video really resonated with me. The montage of Rufus’ birth, to the little character he has become today is beautiful and I wish I had something like this of my own children. Although an emergency section followed by an elective c section doesn’t have the same ambience of Hannah’s labour 🙈 I’ve watched you since Hannah found out she was pregnant with Grayson and the videos really are of such a quality that I can see you directing and producing your own film. Thank you all for sharing your lives, even if it’s just the highlights. We all know what a whiney baby and a angry toddler looks like, this just helps to remind me why I wanted to be a mother in the first place and makes me create my own internal montage of my daily highlights x
Growing up I spent my summers exploring the Yorkshire countryside with my grandparents and my school years in California. There my mom would have a Jane Austen film playing in the background and my dad would tell me stories of the "home country" (Northern England). I bring this up because your vlogs, especially the last two, bring back cinematic versions of those memories. Your vlogs (to me) are like when you smell something new and it takes you back in time to a memory you've forgotten about. Thank you for this beautifully, artistic time machine you've created. I think thats a really good decision. I was even sometimes overstrained watching them in the right way to give them justice (and not just let them play and do other things like cleaning...) every week, not thinking about producing these artworks sooo quick every week again and again!

You’ve come a long way from the black splodge intro! I’m a filmmaker myself and can truly understand what you mean by the “tip of the iceberg”. I have always admired you for being able to produce what you do in just one short week when most of my 5 minute films take at least 4 weeks to complete! I started watching you guys after I randomly came across Hanna’s video walking around London pregnant (with Gracie) and explaining how sick she feels and that pregnancy is sometimes hard. First of all she was a super cute pregnant woman, second - she was honest. That made me watch all she has uploaded and then Grayson was born and you started making them family videos. You started showing us the life of a young family, which helped me a lot with imagining what I wanted my own family to look like one day. I am still here guys and watching. It became a routine of mine. Maybe not the second you upload, but surely it will be watched. So Stef, feel free to change to date, style or whatever. We are happy and appreciate all the effort.

Being a parent of two myself, this video really resonated with me. The montage of Rufus’ birth, to the little character he has become today is beautiful and I wish I had something like this of my own children. Although an emergency section followed by an elective c section doesn’t have the same ambience of Hannah’s labour 🙈 I’ve watched you since Hannah found out she was pregnant with Grayson and the videos really are of such a quality that I can see you directing and producing your own film. Thank you all for sharing your lives, even if it’s just the highlights. We all know what a whiney baby and a angry toddler looks like, this just helps to remind me why I wanted to be a mother in the first place and makes me create my own internal montage of my daily highlights x
Growing up I spent my summers exploring the Yorkshire countryside with my grandparents and my school years in California. There my mom would have a Jane Austen film playing in the background and my dad would tell me stories of the "home country" (Northern England). I bring this up because your vlogs, especially the last two, bring back cinematic versions of those memories. Your vlogs (to me) are like when you smell something new and it takes you back in time to a memory you've forgotten about. Thank you for this beautifully, artistic time machine you've created. Thank you for opening up your home every week to tell such heartwarming and yet, humorous stories. No matter how much time passes between each vlog, I'll continue to support you guys and look forward to what is to come. x
Honestly, I wish you guys would have done this a long time ago. The level of work you produce is absolutely insane, and to try and cram that into one week is I am sure somewhat suffocating at times. I completely agree, this is something which you are passionate about and if you feel that you could put that much more into it with a deadline that isn't so tight then why not. Giving yourself the time to create something which you are so proud of, than something you might not be happy with. You are so unique in the sense that you push these boundaries between RUclips and movies. Your work is incredibly well done and very appreciated by your viewers.

I think thats a really good decision. I was even sometimes overstrained watching them in the right way to give them justice (and not just let them play and do other things like cleaning...) every week, not thinking about producing these artworks sooo quick every week again and again!

I’ve been watching your videos since before Grayson was born and have adored seeing your family change and grow. It’s also been an honor to see your filming style change too. You’ve come a long way from the black splodge intro! I’m a filmmaker myself and can truly understand what you mean by the “tip of the iceberg”. I have always admired you for being able to produce what you do in just one short week when most of my 5 minute films take at least 4 weeks to complete! I’m excited to see what’s to come with this new change and although a part of my heart sinks that I won’t see these wonderful films every Sunday morning, I know what’s to come will be even better!

I started watching you guys after I randomly came across Hanna’s video walking around London pregnant (with Gracie) and explaining how sick she feels and that pregnancy is sometimes hard. First of all she was a super cute pregnant woman, second - she was honest. That made me watch all she has uploaded and then Grayson was born and you started making them family videos. You started showing us the life of a young family, which helped me a lot with imagining what I wanted my own family to look like one day. I am still here guys and watching. It became a routine of mine. Maybe not the second you upload, but surely it will be watched. So Stef, feel free to change to date, style or whatever. We are happy and appreciate all the effort.
