Recently we have been to Thirthan valley. You should spend min. 5--6 days there. The best place to stay is River and Rock homestay just 600 m away from white stone and the river is also accessible just 200 ft away. The GHNP is also very close to this home stay. The food is delicious.

Technically this trip was forcefully made to enjoy 2 days with friends after an official review meet in Kasauli. If you are new to the channel then maybe you don't know if I had 5-6 days, I might have gone to spiti🤣🤣. Thanks for watching

That track got all slush and mud due to rain. Strictly meant for 4WDs. I misjudged it and went ahead. And since there was no U turn available. I had to take it to the open parking spot around 1.5 kms far to turn it around.

Hi. There are a couple of places around. As shown here you can go to Jalori pass and Sarlosar Lake. Then there is a choie waterfall. It has a narrow trek of 2 kms. if can spare one day you can visit Manikaran Saheb and kasol. But the real fun is just relax by the river and enjoy nature. Only one request please don't litter in the open/river area. Thanks

@@ABVentures Thanks for the feedback and prompt reply. Totally agree with you that we need to protect and keep our water sources clean. Look at what's happening across the country with entire cities running dry. India was the land of rivers and now we have made it the land of open sewers...take care and keep posting about your travels. ps: One question: what kind of stove are you using in this video? please give name / brand / price of same. Do you also need to carry LPG or some other form of gas to fuel the fire?

That's the standard Tariff. Hum off season mein gaye the. In monsoon, jab koi nahi jata. So we got a good 30-40% discount. I agree that season ke time pe it's very expensive. But there are many other options you can explore. Bus dekh lena most resort don't allow stag entry. But you can find low priced resorts too. Try Raju Bharti guest house. Thanks for watching. @ABVentures  5 лет назад +1

Hi, thanks for watching. This area is volatile during monsoon and yes weather can change drastically within hours. There was a cloud burst 2 days prior to when we went there. You can see the damaged stretch at 21:55 . I'll suggest, you stay in touch with the hotel you book directly. They have the first hand information about weather and road conditions of the area. Keep some extra food and water with you and atleast one day in buffer, just in case if have to stay a day longer. But trust me, this place looks awesome in Rainy season.
