The school districts may vary but in terms of North Austin, you’re looking at pretty good schooling

On a $600k purchase that would be $17,400! Can I ask what the 65 and over tax exemption might save me?
@@nellieevans2054 This is great question. You should get the $25k homestead exemption and the $10k 65 and older exemption as well.
Then for a $600k house the tax would be applied to I think around $565k.
